Who is Vikas Gupta, The New CEO of VLCC?
VLCC, one of India’s leading beauty and wellness brands, recently appointed Vikas Gupta as its new Chief Executive Officer (CEO). Gupta has been a part of the organization since 2018 and has been instrumental in driving the company’s growth and brand positioning in the beauty and wellness industry.
Vikas Gupta has been appointed as the new Chief Executive Officer of VLCC Health Care Ltd. He brings with him 25 years of experience in the consumer and retail space. He was most recently the Managing Director at Reliance Retail, which is India’s largest retail company. Prior to that, he was the CEO of Pantaloons Retail, India’s largest apparel retail chain.
Gupta is an experienced leader with over 25 years of professional experience in the consumer and retail sectors. He has held various senior leadership positions across many companies, including Reliance Retail, Future Group, and Max Life Insurance. He has also served as the Chief Executive Officer of the Future Retail Group, India’s leading retail chain.
At VLCC, he was the President and Chief Operating Officer (COO) prior to his elevation as the CEO. As the CEO of VLCC, Gupta will be responsible for driving the brand’s growth and market leadership in the beauty and wellness industry in India.
He will focus on furthering the company’s mission of providing an integrated approach to health and beauty and delivering innovative and personalized services. He will also be responsible for developing strategies to strengthen VLCC’s presence in the market and expand its network.
He has also worked with some of the world’s leading companies like KPMG, Westside, and Big Bazaar. He brings with him a wealth of experience in the consumer and retail space and has a proven track record of leading large, complex, and successful organizations.
Vikas will be responsible for driving the strategic direction of VLCC Health Care Ltd, and for building and managing the company’s operations, retail, marketing, and customer experience. He will also be responsible for expanding the company’s presence in India and international markets.
Vikas brings to VLCC a deep understanding of the consumer and retail markets, as well as a strong focus on customer experience and operational excellence. He is passionate about creating customer value and has a strong track record of crafting winning strategies and driving growth.
Who Founded the VLCC?
Vandana Luthra is an Indian entrepreneur and founder of the VLCC beauty brand. She was born on hully 12, 1959. Her brand was extended to the whole of Asia and Africa which was a great success for her.
She was appointed as the first chairperson of the Beauty Wellness sector skill council in 2014. She was married to Mukesh Luthra in 1980 and had 2 daughters namely – Pallavi Luthra and Meera Luthra.
Vandana Luthra also won the great award of Padma Shri award which is a great achievement for her evenly she was also awarded as Rajeev Gandhi Women Achiever Award, Outstanding Business Award, Women Entrepreneur Award, etc.
